Went here last week to find a bathing suit and the store was a disaster...it looked like they haven't organized in months. The bathing suits were all mixed and were on the wrong racks. Even in the other sections it was a mess. Tons of misplaced items. I don't know how they're still in business. The only good thing about this store is the sephora. Never will shop here again. Shouldn't have to struggle while looking through clothes. They need to learn how to organize and keep a store looking neat.
I came into the store once to do a return now that the Richmond location is closed. The sales lady turned out to be nice but she was clearly uncomfortable having a woman of color in the store. I could tell by her expression when I walked in. Again she turned out to be nice but seeing her initial reaction upon seeing me made me rather disappointed, I will not be going there again.
