This office has a family feel to it, very friendly staff everytime I come in.
I would not recommend charak to anyone!!! DO NOT go there!! Theyre crooked as hell...they set u up for failure ...they put u on medications then abruptly cut u off so u go thru withdrawals and get very sick! ...i warn anyone to find another place...signature, lake geauga,anywhere but there!
I have had services with Charak since August the 20th 2013. I am being treated for opiod dependencey and Bi-polar sickness. I was very scared and needed help. I blindly made an appointmet sat down with my counselor and they welcomed me the stranger I was. THAT DAY!!!! I needed help A.S.AP. and amazingly and How fortunate I found Charak. I am ALWAYS asked if I have plenty of medication. There have been issues with my insurance and they were resolved the SAME day. Realizing I need my meds The staff immeadiately resolved my insuarnce needs. Dr. Ranjan always SINCERELY smile and waves hello. He is the leader and thank God for him. I know what a fake smile is and Dr. Ranjan NEVER pressures me with anythiNg and I KNOW for a FACT, I can sit down and talk to him that he TRUELY cares. The entire staff must have a heart to work there. I take noitice with everything. The receptionsit all the way to the Dr are always friendly. I believe Dr. Ranjan makes sure he not only hires one with skill, MORE importantly they must be friendly or will not be hired. I normally do not do reviews, however If One person sees this review and and needs help with their addiction or any problems go see RANJAN or staff.at Charak. The word NO has NEVER thank God come from their mouths to me. They always find away to resolve what may bother me. . The honest person I believe I am there is not ONE bad thing I have to say after OVER 4 years of Charaks services. The place is always clean. The chairs are extremely comfortable . More importantly I believe I have the best Dr. in the world today. He is experienced and quiet. He lets me talk and I listen and I know he cares about me. The same with my counselor, whom I have had for over 4 years. They have also saved many lives from people who are dependent on alcohol and drugs. They saved my LIFE!! Wev all do not achieve sobriety the first time, however I have seen them welcome back numerous people as they NEVER give up on ANYONE!!
The intake seemed normal until we got down to all the medications I was taking. The intake person had no interest in any other medications. I take birth control to prevent pregnancy I can't physically or emotionally support. Lamictal causes chaos in the female hormones and makes an unplanned baby happen often. Is the Charak center going to pay for abortions or adopt the kids they have purposely made? Fascinating care of the mentally ill.
Very respectful facility, very respectful workers, very understanding, very organized and maintained and I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen, of course, once your in the system. God bless all.
After filling out the normal new patient info, I was told I had to submit a urine sample. Okay. I was taken into a room with medical detritus and (she) pointed to a document where I was supposed to sign twice. I first asked her what I was signing and she jabbed her fingers on the two lines and raised her voice, "SIGN HERE AND HERE. I asked again why I was being forced to sign something in a doctor's office. Once again, she raised her voice and repeated herself.
