Very helpful staff spent 1 1/2 hours getting my tablet unstuck! I would recommend this store to everyone! Very happy with the service.
My grandma and I went into Best Buy and got a very courteous salesmen named Anthony to help us make a purchase of a phone. He price matched the Phone and the case. Was such a pleasure to do business with and helped set up the phone.
When people come to this store, it's because they need more knowledge about a product. Salespersons try to do that for everyone and maybe the first one doesn't always give you what you look for. Always ask for second opinions and make sure you tell them thank you, because the employees enjoy helping you find what you look for.
They are very helpful there and always friendly. I've never had any problems with them or their products. It can be kinda crowded at times.
I went to Mentor Best Buy this afternoon to get a stereo and some speakers for my car. I started looking at them and waited for a salesperson to assist me with some questions . No one approached me. I waited awhile and still nothing. I went and found a salesman and he called for assistance to go to car radios. No one ever came. I left and on the way out I told a cashier to inform her boss that he just lost about $1,000 sale. I'll never go back to that best buy
