I have been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour for a simple vaccination. They let 4 people go ahead of me and kept saying "I promise you're next" after each patient. Then they called me the wrong name and could not find my paperwork.
They need to reevaluate their employees and RE-TRAIN THEM! YOU CAN COST SOMEONE THEIR LIFE! I am scared of an infection from the ignorant employees!
After waiting over two hours for a drug screen. I can see why this center has such low ratings. It's like they don't care and treat you like poop. Hope I never have to go back.
I wasn’t sure about coming here after all the reviews but it was close and i didnt Feel well. I was in and out in about an hour and 10. Which was not bad because there were quite a few people there when i got there. Front seat was great, friendly. Medical Assistant was awesome and i saw the nurse practioner and he was Great! Very thorough and fast. Thank you Lake Health.

Both times that I have been here, I had to wait, even with an appointment. One receptionist was very rude to me, and the other one didn't seem to know what she was doing. I had to get my blood drawn and it took two plebotomists and 4 STICKS to draw. I am a phlebotomist myself and I know for a fact that my veins are good and visible. Students in my blood collection class didn't have an issue getting my veins, but these people did. They are unorganized. I waited to be called up to the desk, nobody was in the waiting room, for 5 minutes until the receptionist realized I was standing there. One visit they charged me the wrong amount for my shots and I ended up having to pay more to fix their mistake. I only came here because I didn't have a family doctor. I won't ever come here again. The only good part about this place is that the doctor that I was with was very friendly. Other than that, the customer service is awful.
Please do not come here. Despite the comments that speak about the bad reviews, everyones experience is different. My experience was one of the scariest days of my life. IT TOOK 3 PEOPLE TO TRY TO DRAW BLOOD!!!! Not only was the service extremely slow and unprofessional, the guy who came in to draw my blood did everything but that. He appeared to be under the influence and was tripping over his feet and also weigh scales in the room. He did not know passwords for cabinets, and he was extremely rough. He was unable to draw blood after sticking and shoving my arm. (instead of just admitting he didn't know how to get a vein) he stuck anywhere, looking away not paying attention to what he was doing, the needle fell out my and the blood went shooting everywhere like in a horror movie. He was disgusting wiping blood from my arm to the chair and tried to wipe my arm again. With the knot still at the top of my arm he released it lastly and the blood finally stopped. Another person came in and bruised up my arm. Both my arms are in PAIN, SORE, AND BLACK AND BLUE and I am experiencing so much pain. I will never go here again!
