Well other that being okay with there doctors being okay with medical malpractice they are not okay with patiens health and well being also dont follow patient confidentialy and i will be calling a lawyer because of what there doctor did ending me up in a hospital because of not listinig on what can happen on medicine and what i can and cant take. Also i told them i couldnt come in next week do to my only ride being out of town well go figure they say they can give me bus passes i tell them im with rta not laketran so id also need rta bus passes get told thell call me back today to confirm an apointment i said i got no call back about bus passes. Talk to her and she said well we did what we could do so its your choice to come in im like thats right i forgot im a magical being that and transport my self to a lake tran or to beacon health. Yeah right because they actualy exist. Your joking right. I told her enjoy the lawsuit a doctor loosing his license and your supposive great reputation going to nothing
This place is not at all what they claim and they promise you the world and nothing ever happens. It's like a cattle call and they have no compassion and they really aren't interested and whether or not you get help or feel better. I have a caseworker who takes more vacations then she does help me she has never been on time for a home visit or for an appointment that we've had. She has made me tons of promises about what she was going to do to help me and nothing ever happened because she said she forgot. And then right in the middle of a crisis she decides she needs another vacation and she just disappears and I'm left hanging for a week and I have no way to get any support or help. Even when she says she's going to be there for me one day she is and the next time I talk to her she's very snooty and absolutely unsupportive. I never know what's going to happen from one visit to the next. Another thing when she comes for a home visit she spends all of her time on the phone texting and talking to other people and instead of helping me and us going over the things that we need to discuss and figure out. This is just not working for me and I think it's making me worse not better. From my experience with this place it just seems like it's all talk and all show and I can't see how they can possibly say that they help people when is very clear that they don't and they don't seem to care. I'm very disappointed and I'm tired of being lied to
