This place is terrible. I was given incorrect information about the length of time I had to renew my license. The mean and rude woman at the front desk said I could not renew my license until my birthday. That is false. Plan on being here at least an hour because the women behind the desk are incredibly overweight. I’m talking morbidly obese overweight and then tend to move like snails. I could watch paint dry faster than the speed at which these morbidly obese women move and get take done. My 4 year old nephew moves faster than the fat women behind the counter. Save your time and drive further down the road to literally another other DMV.
That is typically what happens to me when I am not sure about what I need. If you really want a bad experience, visit the Mentor Post Office.
Line moved fast and EVERYONE was pleasent! Seriously, some of these reviews are crazy... You can't please grumpy people.
Personally, I have never had any bad experiences at this office. The people are very helpful and friendly. Regardless of any agency, you should expect reasonable wait times. Especially when most of the time it is the people in line that cause the issue because they are not prepared.

No one actually processes the registrations. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. Drive to Perry and save yourself an hour. Zero stars was not an option
