Clean hotel! Provides breakfast in the morning. Located close to multiple restaurants and shopping. Perfect location.
Issues started at check-in. Room was booked by co-worker, asked to change name at check in and front desk person took all info but didn't change it. Then he forgot to give us the coupons needed for breakfast. Breakfast was plain. One of the worst "hot" breakfasts I have had from a hotel. Bacon overcooked, stale bread items (including a English muffin that turned into a hockey puck). Potatoes were oily without flavor. The bright spot was clean rooms. No sign of bugs, clean bathroom, etc. 5 stars to the housekeeping staff. In closing, front desk employees need some work, breakfast is bad, rooms are clean.
Rooms were nice and clean... The parking lot get full and I didn't like parking around the back... Smokey Bones is in walking distance.
This Holiday Inn was nice. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was not super interactive but overall helpful when needed. No free breakfast, had to add it to your daily rate if you wanted their breakfast. Overall the rates were a bit high for what the hotel was offering. No complaints otherwise. Would stay again if in the area.
Decent place for a good price. Very clean, and the staff is very nice. My only issue is the bed was about as comfortable as a concrete sidewalk.
