VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, sales reps didn't know anyth and very unfriendly as if they did not want you in the store .
It's a large store with helpful staff and a big clearance section in the back. It's located conveniently between a grilled cheese shop and a Thai restaurant.
This is the worst experience I've had in a long time. The sales people are very rude and really don't want to help you. The girls at the front desk are just rude and are very difficult. I tried to return a pair of defective shoes and was turned down because she said there was a speck of dirt on them. I didn't wear them outside at all. I will be filling a complaint to the BBb regarding. Don't go in this store because the shoes are not quality.
Selection isn't big. The store is clean and the staff is polite enough.
