The customer service was great. Check in and out was quick. Although they had a lot full of cars - no Full size cars were available with XM radio. This has been the case all but one time when I rent. The interior of my car was not cleaned from the prior renter. There was trash under the seats and dirt on the back seat. Their rates are usually cheaper than Hertz.
I was pleasantly surprised with the rental experience at this Enterprise location. Cheerful, professional, flexible and a genuine desire to make sure I had the right car for my needs. I have used Enterprise and a host of other rental companies in the past but this one is the best by far! Kudos to the team (shout out to Catherine). Nice to see you stepping up your game, Enterprise.
I have rented cars with them in the past and will rent from them in the future. The employees are helpful and courteous. The whole process is very smooth from picking up the vehicle to returning it.
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I was surprised at the high mileage on the van I rented. There were some mechanical concerns and I relayed this to the staff. They were very positive with the feed back and assured me that the van would be checked out thoroughly before the next rental. I have no problem recommending the Mentor store to my family and friends.
I needed a car with only 24 hours notice. Mentor Enterprise was very easy to deal with. The staff were pleasant and professional. The car was ready on time and was in good condition. I'll absolutely use them again.
