Great assistance from Jess at the Mentor store! She took her time showing me all of the bedroom sets. I was looking for my son & she did a great job explaining all of the pieces that would come with the set. She even showed me multiple mattresses & was able to come up with a set that worked within my budget. I will definitely be back when I need another piece of furniture!

Very positive experience - Jimmy Campbell - Selling Sales Manager was great! He made my wife and I on your 17 year anniversary feel very comfortable and at ease with replacing our 16 year old couch and various other furniture. He even moved tables around the store so we could match up colors. When I picked up my son's new dresser the next day, he even assisted with loading it into my vehicle which was unheard of at other various furniture stores we have shopped at in the past. If you are thinking of replacing furniture or furnishing a fresh space, definitely stop by and ask for Jimmy personally.

They are happy to sell you furniture, just don't expect much for service on getting what you paid for. Received damage pieces, parts for wrong size bed, and there has been no urgency on their part to make things right. You wait on hold, "Customer service" at the store can't help and refers you to "guest services", then it gets "escalated to corporate" and you don't hear from them either...

Kristy and I were greeted at the door by Fred who welcomed us and said he'd be nearby if we needed anything. In 10 minutes we found a table we wanted and Fred was there in seconds. Answered all our questions, and as usual there were plenty.

Update again - Still no screws to assemble our bed... almost 3 months since our purchase and we can't put our bed together. Never received the gift card we were told we would get.

I want to commend Roberta for helping me locate and coordinate my recent purchase of furniture. She made it an amiable transaction from the moment she greeted me thru the business conclusion. It was an enjoyable experience.

Update - we were told it would be 1-3 weeks to receive the correct bed slats. It took 4 weeks and no screws were sent with the slats to attach them to the frame. We called and they said they would get a rush on them from the manufacturer. They said they would call the next day to let us know an update. No call. We called them the day after that. They said they would check on the status and call us back by 4:30 PM. No call. At least they offered a gift card for our troubles valued at about 4% of how much we spent...

I definitely recommend Ashley's and ask for Fred. We found two other small pieces and bought the table and chairs. Great furniture and staff. Entire buying process was great. Nice folks. Lindsey and Brian too.
