Susan our sales person was great. Friendly and attentive to our budget and needs! A pleasure to work with. Today though I am disappointed, after waiting over a week, so excited for my new couch and mattress, I learn that my couch was damaged in delivery and I now have to wait ANOTHER WEEK AND A HALF for a replacement. I have someone coming to pick up my old couch today! I will be couch less for over a week. I will change my review based on how this pans out. I can't wrap my head around why they can't run a couch over here I'm literally 2.5 miles away from the store...
I worked with Mick and we found the perfect cream colored L shaped sectional that had to be custom ordered. We also found a great deal on a fabulous wall unit that was on sale. Mick spent a great deal of time with me making sure that I got just exactly what I was looking for. Before I was even home, he was sending me emails with ideas for the pieces I still needed. I will definitely be returning to see Mick in the future.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Manager even jumped in to help with basic tasks. Easy to understand financing and fast check out process. Great selection and sale pricing. Gratefully no hovering by sales people but available when actually needed.
Mick was awesome to work with today. I ultimately purchased a dining room set, but I will be back later this week for more items. He is not a pushy salesman like some other furniture stores. He encouraged me to take my take and enjoy the store and cookies. He also showed me the outlet area with the HUGE discounts. Best experience I have ever had in a furniture store.
