Super slow repair service. Dropped off my vacuum cleaner for annual service, they try and sell me a new one or trade-in and when I decline, they say my vacuum won't be ready for 7-10 days! They used to have a turn around time of 2-3 days. Probably won't be purchasing another one from them... if it takes that long to do a service check!
