Employees are great. Very courtesy. Been using this storage on and off. Never had any flood issues, then again I am only storing a car. I do notice when I stop by it gets very moist in storage. Not a big deal but I can see it being somewhat of an issue if storing boxes or exposed electronics ect. Also I live 5 miles away, cheapest place to get a unit big enough for a full size car out of the 20+ storage places I checked out.
Kelly was great - signed us up with a unit quick & easy. Best rate in town, too. So far no issues!
We checked into a storage unit for our band equipment and Kelly was very helpful. She showed us different sizes to see which would work better for us.
