I will give these folks one star simply because I thought Jeff was very responsive. He even called to let me know that his guys would meet me at a certain time about an hour out. That is why I was completely surprised when his guys never showed to look at the property. I waited 35 min and called Jeff three times during that time frame. All of a sudden his vm box was full. Just when you think you've found a contractor who is accessible and responsive.....too bad. You could've had a nice job.
