I called them and they were out the next day. They diagnosed the problem, gave me all options and let me decide. Once I chose an option they were out fixing my roof the next day. They fixed my roof quietly and left nothing. I couldn't even tell they were there. They followed up with me the next day and the next time it rained to make sure I was happy. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received from Runyon & Sons. The crew was very organized and completed the work quickly. Had skylight removed from a vaulted ceiling and you can't even tell the roof was patched. Would recommend to anyone!
