I was extremely pleased with my first visit to Emerald Automotive in Concord. I received a coupon in the mail for their shop and decided to give them a try. I got an oil change and replaced my cabin and air filters in under an hour and their pricing was more than reasonable. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely return to Emerald. Thank you!
Bought the Groupon for an oil change/tire rotation and called early in the week to set appt. I came in on time and dropped everything off figuring i would wait for it. I went next door for some food and when I was done my vehicle wasn't even touched (a whole hour later). They only bay that opened up got taken up by a car that was pushed in by others, believe me I was watching. They got priority over a customer with an appt. People were nice but that's about where my praise stops. Instead of getting my oil change and tire rotation I spent my time refunding my Groupon and trying to track another deal down. Very disappointed by the lack of customer care. I understand business gets busy, but all you have to do is communicate and they didn't. I ended up asking for my keys, but they were going to leave me sitting there. Unprofessional.
Bought 4 Firestone here. Came in 70ish bucks less then the competition. Found them on accident. First visit, seem to be nice fellows. Will come back for an oil change and see if they can hold the service end of it up. Thank you again for the deal.
They took us in the same day we brought in the truck. They made the repaid that day. They were efficient, professional, thorough, kind and very fairly priced. A most pleasant experience.
This was my first trip bought a set of tires and had some major repair work done I was happy with the price although expensive I think it was a good deal based on other estimates from the dealer. It took them 4 hours longer than they had predicted but they ran into some issues. They delivered the car to me when I was finally done. Overall I'm happy!
