took my car in for an oil change. I specifically asked if they included topping off fluids ^ the guy on the phone assured me all fluids would be topped off if they needed it. I asked because I could hear my power steering whining especially on cold start ups. I left their shop I could hear a small whine still & it was very loud & apparent the next morning. So, on my way home the next day I bought some fluid & put it in myself & have no more noise from ny power steering. I won't go back for I can;t trust them to do what they promise.
Took my 1998 Dodge Dakota in for a free brake inspection because I was losing brake pedal pressure. When I went to pick my vehicle up they told me that my brake booster and master cylinder were both faulty and needed to be replaced. They wanted $851 for a 2 hour job with parts that cost $60-$100 a piece. On top of that when I left, I noticed that whenever I apply the brakes now (even just a small touch on the brake pedal), my truck comes to a dead stop, even at speeds of 35MPH. I called and complained about this to the "service manager" and all he seemed to want to do was blame it on my parts. He didn't even offer to have me bring it back in to take a second look at it. Long story short, DO NOT COME HERE.
Staff member are very personable and thoughtful. I used to work in the industry and know a lot about cars and can say this shop doesn't give you the run around and in fact are straight up. Highly recommend.
The manager here is rude all the time,zero customer service experience,and zero mechanical experience,he has no clue how to run a store,now i understand meetings are very important,but your hours of operation posted on the door and online say that your store is open until 7pm, i came in at 6:20,at least close the door since you want to have a meeting and maybe change the hours so people know and don't drive all the way there to find out you are having a team meeting.Go back to school and become a nurse or something,auto industry is not for you bud.
The employees here dont know what they are doing. Specifically the manager Bill. You are better off doing your car maintenance yourself, even if you have never fixed anything on a car.
